Please call 020 3764 0822 to book an appointment, which can also be booked online
Routine appointments with a GP, nurse or health care assistant are available throughout the day from Monday to Friday and can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance. We also offer on-the-day appointments with a doctor for URGENT healthcare problems.
For continuity of care many patients prefer to see the same doctor on each visit, which we encourage. However, please be aware that this is not always possible as some doctor’s surgeries can become very full or a doctor may be on annual leave. If the doctor of your choice has no appointments available within a reasonable time we might ask you to see an alternative doctor.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please cancel at least an hour before your appointment so that it can be allocated to someone else. If you are late for an appointment it may not be possible for you to be seen or you may have to wait until the end of surgery.
Extended hours clinics weekday mornings and evenings (inc Saturday)
Our Extended hours pre-bookable clinics run from 7:30am to 8am every weekday, 6:30pm to 8pm Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and 7am to 10am most Saturday mornings.
Our duty doctor offers telephone consultations for advice on urgent medical problems each day from 8am – 6:30pm. Calls are answered in order of urgency but we promise to phone you back the same day. If your complaint is not urgent you may be asked to book a routine appointment.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: On Thursday 6th December 2018 Chatfield Health Care will be CLOSED from 1pm.
Due to the number of new staff we have employed during the year we are holding an exclusive training / team building afternoon that we believe is essential to ensure consistency of patient care and improve internal communication.
If your medical need is URGENT please call the surgery. Your call will be transferred directly to Care UK's telephone answering service, who will triage your call and directly inform one of our doctors if it is deemed you require urgent medical advice or need to be seen in an emergency.
