We have gone live with an online service called FootFall, which you can find here:
o obtain an appointment, for example, you should go to the Administration or Medical Advice rooms and complete the Get Help from the Practice form. At the end of the form it will ask you to prioritise your problem timewise:-
- Within a Few Hours
- Tomorrow at the latest
- It can wait a few days
These forms will be triaged by a team at the Surgery and they will get back to you with advice and or an appointment albeit a phone, video or online consultation, or a face to face at the surgery. However, please note that although we will endeavour to respond to your query sooner it often will take a couple of working days to do so.
For those of you that are not familiar with computers, you can still ring the Surgery and the Patient Services Advisor will fill in the online form on your behalf, so everyone goes into the same triage process to assess whether you will get an appointment and what type of appointment you will get.

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. GP Online services can save you a phone call or journey to the surgery, and allow you to access the following services when you need them, even when the surgery is closed.
Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- book a telephone consultation with a doctor
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.

How to sign-up to GP Online Services
If you would like to register for GP Online services you will need to complete an online registration form, also available via reception. You should provide a form of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up.
If you would like to register for "proxy" access to GP Online services on behalf of someone else, e.g. your child or someone who you care for, you will need to complete a Online Services Proxy Access Consent Form.
Your completed application form may have to be approved by a GP. Please note that this may take up to 2 weeks to process. If your application is successful you will be informed via post or email and will receive a document with your Practice ID and PIN, which you will need in order to register online.
