Welcome to Chatfield Health Care
Services On Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th January between 8am-8pm
We have put on extra services over this weekend if you need urgent medical help that is not a life threatening 999 emergency.
This is to help local hospitals and the ambulance service as they are extremely busy at the moment.
To access these services in Wandsworth please telephone 0333 332 4363 where you will be assessed by a clinician and offered an appointment if clinically required. This may be a video appointment or a face-to-face appointment.
Outside of these hours please call 111
You could also consider using your local pharmacy for non-urgent health advice.
Please only call 999 if it is a life-threatening emergency.
Battersea Covid-19 vaccination programme
A message to all patients of Chatfield Health Care
Thank you for all your enquiries about the Covid-19 vaccine. Chatfield Health Care is working together with other Battersea practices to manage and run the Battersea Covid-19 vaccination site at The Junction Health Centre. We started vaccinating our patients aged 80 and over from the afternoon of 8 January 2021.
As you may be aware, from the news and government announcements, the vaccine is in limited supply and we will offer to patients in our high risk/priority groups first.
We will contact the relevant patient groups to book appointments as soon as we are able to. For most people this will be via SMS, otherwise we will try and call you. The SMS invitation will include all the information you will need to book an appointment yourself, otherwise a couple of the staff in our administrative team will gladly be able to do this for you.
You do not need to contact us.

We are sure that you will appreciate that we are working very hard on this huge project, and we thank you for your patience.
The order of priority for each group in the population to be invited to receive the Covid-19 vaccine is as follows:
Priority Level | Priority Group | Currently Vaccinating |
1. | residents in a care home for older adults and their carers | Yes |
2. | all those aged 80 years of age and over and frontline health and social care workers | Yes |
3. | all those 75 years of age and over | Yes |
4. | all those 70 years of age and over and clinically extremely vulnerable individuals | No |
5. | all those 65 years of age and over | No |
6. | all those individuals aged 16 years to 64 years with underlying health conditions which put them at higher risk of serious disease and mortality | No |
7. | all those 60 years of age and over | No |
8. | all those 55 years of age and over | No |
9. | all those 50 years of age and over | No |
