Please call 020 3764 0822 to book an appointment, which can also be booked online

Please do not book a GP appointment or attend if you’ve visited or travelled through mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, or Thailand and have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning, or if you have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus. Please call NHS 111 instead.

Routine appointments with a GP, nurse or health care assistant are available throughout the day from Monday to Friday and can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance. We also offer on-the-day appointments with a doctor for URGENT healthcare problems.

For continuity of care many patients prefer to see the same doctor on each visit, which we encourage. However, please be aware that this is not always possible as some doctor’s surgeries can become very full or a doctor may be on annual leave. If the doctor of your choice has no appointments available within a reasonable time we might ask you to see an alternative doctor.

If you are unable to keep an appointment please cancel at least an hour before your appointment so that it can be allocated to someone else. If you are late for an appointment it may not be possible for you to be seen or you may have to wait until the end of surgery.

New Late Arrivals Policy 2019

From 6 April 2019 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a routine or a same day emergency appointment you will not be seen and will be asked to rebook. Where there is an indication of clinical urgency then you may be added to the end of the surgery list. We are making this change after consultation because it makes our clinics run late, which reduces patient access and increases clinical risk. The practice will not differentiate between patients who are persistent late attendees and others.

Extended hours clinics weekday mornings and evenings (inc Saturday)

Our Extended hours pre-bookable clinics run from 7:30am to 8am every weekday, 6:30pm to 8pm Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and 7am to 10am most Saturday mornings.

Telephone Advice

Our duty doctor offers telephone consultations for advice on urgent medical problems each day from 8am – 6:30pm. Calls are answered in order of urgency but we promise to phone you back the same day. If your complaint is not urgent you may be asked to book a routine appointment.
